BREAKFAST BURRITOS

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Mild Pork Sausage

2 Tbsp White Vinegar

1 Tbsp Chili Powder

1 tsp Oregano Crushed

1 tsp Iodized Salt

1 minced Garlic Clove

1/4 Cup 2% Milk

1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

6 Flour Tortillas

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine pork, chili powder, oregano, salt and garlic: mix well.

  2. Cover and chill over night. In a skillet over medium heat, cook pork mixture until no longer pink. Drain; keep warm.

  3. Beat eggs and milk. In another skillet, heat oil. Cook eggs over low heat until set, stirring occasionally.

  4. Spoon about ? cup pork mixture and ? cup eggs down the center of each tortilla. Top with taco sauce and rollup.
