Honey-Roasted Turkey Breast

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 4 pound boneless, skin-on turkey breast

  • 2 tablespoons honey

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

  • Rub 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper around the whole turkey breast. Gently peel back the skin and rub the seasoning under the skin too.

  • Rub honey underneath the skin of the turkey. Do not rub honey on the outside of the skin - it may burn.

  • Place turkey breast in the oven for about an hour or until it registers 165 degrees F on a thermometer.

  • Slice and serve.

*Turkey will keep for up to 5 days in the refrigerator
